1. PROGRAM ENROLLMENT

The CatchCoach Annual Consulting Program is a comprehensive academic coaching and guidance program designed to provide continuous support throughout the enrollment term.

Enrollment reserves the student's place in the program and includes personalized academic planning, student coaching, parent consultation, progress monitoring, goal setting, and ongoing guidance as needed.

Enrollment is intended for the full enrollment term and is designed to support the student's long-term academic growth and success.

2. TUITION AND PAYMENT

Tuition for the CatchCoach Annual Consulting Program is established as an annual tuition amount at the time of enrollment.

For the convenience of families, the annual tuition may be paid in equal monthly installments.

Monthly installment payments are not based on the number of meetings, consultations, or services provided during any particular month. Rather, they represent scheduled payments toward the student's annual tuition for continuous enrollment in the program.

The annual tuition amount and payment schedule will be communicated separately by invoice. Acceptance of the invoice constitutes acceptance of the tuition and payment schedule and forms part of this Enrollment Agreement.

All tuition payments are non-refundable.

3. PROGRAM SERVICES

Program services may include, but are not limited to:

• Academic planning and goal setting

• Study skills and time management coaching

• School course selection guidance

• College and career planning

• Parent consultations

• Progress monitoring

• Individual student meetings

• Email, phone, text, or virtual support, as needed

The frequency and format of meetings may vary throughout the enrollment term based on the student's individual needs, academic calendar, and program objectives.

 

4. SCHEDULING AND ATTENDANCE

Scheduled meetings may be rescheduled with reasonable advance notice, subject to availability.

Missed meetings do not result in refunds, tuition reductions, credits, or transfers.

Program support extends beyond scheduled meetings and includes ongoing planning, communication, and guidance throughout the enrollment term.

 

5. WITHDRAWAL POLICY

Enrollment in the CatchCoach Annual Consulting Program is a commitment for the full enrollment term.

If a family chooses to withdraw before the end of the enrollment term, a minimum of sixty (60) days' written notice is required.

All tuition payments made prior to the effective withdrawal date are non-refundable.

Any remaining tuition due through the required notice period remains the responsibility of the family.

6. PROGRAM CHANGES

CatchCoach reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to meeting schedules, program content, service delivery methods, or other program components as necessary to best support each student's educational needs and maintain program quality.

7. AGREEMENT

By submitting the enrollment form and/or signing below, the Parent/Guardian acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions of this Enrollment Agreement.

The Parent/Guardian further agrees to the annual tuition and payment schedule communicated separately by invoice, which shall be incorporated into and governed by this Enrollment Agreement.
